Tip 1: Look for the light
-move your subject so the light is where you want it

Tip 2: Focus on the eyes
-zoom in and check to see that the eyes are sharp
Tip 3: Be aware of what's in the background
-less is more!

Tip 4: Be creative with various found objects
- you never know what you might find (ie, milk crates!)
Tip 5: Frame your subject(s)
-doors, windows, trees can also serve as a nice frame
